| 3/4 cup flour |
1 1/3 cup water |
| 1 tsp. pepper |
1 cup celery chopped |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup onion chopped |
| 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak |
1 garlic clove, minced |
| 1 can mushroom soup |
1 -3 tsp. beef bouillon |
Combine flour, pepper &
salt. Cut steak into 6 servings size pieces; dredge in flour
mixture.
In skillet brown steak in
butter. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Combine the remaining ingredients;
pour over steak.
Cover & Cook
on low for 8-9 hours until meat is tender.
