Summer Sausage Logs

2 lbs. hamburger
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tablespoons Morton tender quick
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
pinch or two salt

Mix with hands.  Shape into log.  Wrap in saran wrap.  Refrigerate over night.  Unwrap and put on cookie sheet to bake.  Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
