Spicy Potato Soup
 
1 box Augratin Potatoes
1 can corn (drained)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 + cups water
1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Chilies
Mix above 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes.
Brown 1 lb. hamburger while this is simmering.

Add: 
2 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. cooked hamburger

Stir frequently until hot.
