Spicy Chicken Linguine
| 1/4 cup butter |
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese |
| 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour |
12 oz. linguine, uncooked |
| 2 tsp. garlic powder |
3 cups cubed, cooked chicken |
| 1 tsp. pepper |
3 cups cubed, cooked chicken |
| 2 1/2 cups milk |
1 -4-oz. can diced green chilies |
| 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed |

In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, garlic powder and
pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil;
cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; add
cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir for 8 to 10
minutes or until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, cook linguine
according to package directions. Add chicken and chilies to cheese
sauce; cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through. Drain
linguine; top with chicken mixture.
Makes 6 servings.
