Rhubarb Pie  
3 cups rhubarb (1/2 " pieces 1- 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour 1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs beaten 1 tablespoon oleo
Pastry for 2 crust
Sift flour, sugar and salt together and mix with rhubarb.  Let stand while you roll out the bottom curst and fit into pan.  

Stir beaten eggs into rhubarb mixture and pour into crust.  I dust the bottom the the pie pan with cinnamon and sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the filling.  Dot with oleo.

Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Center will be bubbly when done.
Crust:
2 cups flour 1 cup shortening
1/2 cup cold water or 7-up dash of salt
