| 3 cups milk |

| 1 1/2 cups sugar |

| 5 Tablespoons cocoa |
|
| 7 1/2 Tablespoons flour |
|
| 3 Tablespoons margarine |
|
| 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla |

Scald 2 cups of milk in the
microwave. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar, 5 tablespoons cocoa, 7 1/2
tablespoons flour. Beat until smooth and then add other cup of
milk, stir.
Microwave for 2 minutes at a time
until thick.Add vanilla and
margarine and beat. Pour into pie shell and chill. Top with
meringue or cool whip.
Variations: Leave out the
cocoa for vanilla pudding. After thickened can add banana's for
banana cream, or coconut for coconut cream, and peanut butter for peanut
butter pie.
