| 1 1/2 lb. Sausage |
| 4 cups grated potatoes or 2 bags frozen hash browns |
| 1 lg. onion |
| 1 can chicken broth |
| 2 cups water |
| 1 can celery soup |
| 1 can chicken soup |
| 2 cup milk |
| `1/2 tsp. dill weed |
| shredded cheese |
Brown sausage, add potatoes, onion, chicken broth, and water. Heat
to boiling. Cover and reduce heat for 30 minutes. Add soups,
milk and dill stirring to blend. Cook over medium heat until
thoroughly heated or put in a crock pot or roaster and cook on low. |
