Each of us beat up our eggs in a bowl with
a little milk.
Then we added ham, cheese, onion,
red/green peppers, and salt and pepper.
Poured them into bags, zipped them up,
dropped them into a pan of boiling water, and set the timer for 13
minutes.
Removed them from the water, kinda
dried the bags off a little, and then they rolled right out onto our
plate.
If you like omelets, you will like
omelets in a bag. Know some folks like their eggs a llittle brown
but, of course, these eggs don't brown, but everything was perfectly
cooked in those 13 minutes.
