| 1 cup butter (soft) |

| 1 cup brown sugar |
|
| 4 cups quick cooking oatmeal |
|
| 1/3 cup white corn syrup |

Mix as for pie crust.
Spread in pan.
Bake at 325° degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Do not over bake.
Melt: 1 cup chocolate chips and
3/4 cup peanut butter. Spread on bars as frosting.
Cool in refrigerator. Cut and serve.
