Mississippi Mud Cake
Cream: Add:
2 softened sticks oleo 1 1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups sugar (mix sugar w/cocoa before adding) 1 1/3 cup flake coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan (I use a 10 x 14 because I think it bakes better in that size). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tests done.  

When done immediately spread with large jar of marshmallow cream.

While cake is still a little warm frost the icing below:
Boil for 1 minute:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 cup milk
Add one pound powdered sugar (3-4 cups) and 1 tsp. vanilla.  Beat until well blended.
