Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya
1 1/2 cups sliced celery 1 1/2 cups water
1 cup uncooked rice 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1 cup chopped onion 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1.14 oz. can tomatoes 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 lb. smoked sausage 6 slices bacon, chopped
Fry bacon until crisp; stir in celery, rice, onion, and green pepper.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, sausage, water, barbeque sauce, garlic salt, and cayenne.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.  Add cubed chicken.
