 Hominy Casserole |
| 2 cans Hominy ( one white, one yellow) |
| 1 block of Monterey Jack Cheese |
| 1 small carton of sour cream |
| 1 can shopped green chilies |
| Cut cheese into small chunks. Pour and mix all the
ingredients into a microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 5 minutes
stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes, pull out of microwave, stir
once more and if cheese needs to be melted some more, put back in for
2-3 more minutes. |
| *Optional may add chunks of ham. |
