    
| 4 cups sliced potatoes |
| 2 medium carrots shredded (1 cup) |
| 1-10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup |
| 2 cups cubed ham |
| 2 cups shredded cheese |
| 1/4 cup milk |
| 1/4 cup flour |
| 1 tablespoon minced onion or fresh chopped |
| 1/2 tsp black pepper |
Layer potatoes & 1/2 the carrots in 2 qt.
casserole.
Mix ham, soup, cheese, milk, onion & pepper together.
Pour 1/2 of the ham over potatoes & carrots. Repeat
layers
Heat: 1 cup cheese & 2 tablespoon margarine.
Mix into 2 cups bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the
casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
