 Hamburger Stew |
| 3 medium potatoes peeled and cubed |
| 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger browned and drained |
| 1 small onion diced |
| 1 cup diced carrots |
| 1 cup diced celery |
| 1 pkg. stew seasoning mix (Russ' Beef Stew Mix) |
| 1 can cream or mushroom or cream of celery soup |
| 1 can tomato soup |
| Salt (sparingly - mix and soups already have salt) and Pepper |
| Layer ingredients in order given into a crock-pot adding 2
cups of water last DO NOT STIR!! Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir 30 minutes before serving. |
