Colorado's Rocky Road Fudge Bars

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1-12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts
4 cups miniature marshmallows

Combine corn syrup and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.  

Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter; cool slightly. 

Add nuts and marshmallows; stirring just to distribute.

Spread evenly in butter 8" or 9" pan.  Cool, cut into squares.
