| 1 cup light corn syrup |

| 1 cup sugar |
|
| 1-12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips |
|
| 1/2 cup butter |
|
| 1 cup chopped nuts |
|
| 4 cups miniature marshmallows |
|
Combine corn
syrup and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil and boil 2
minutes.
Stir in
chocolate chips and peanut butter; cool slightly.
Add nuts
and marshmallows; stirring just to distribute.
Spread
evenly in butter 8" or 9" pan. Cool, cut into squares.
