Crust:
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter
Topping:
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 3/4 cups (scant) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanillaMix
the first three ingredients together and pat into 9x13 pan.
In the same bowl mix the topping ingredients and pour over crust.
Top with sliced or chopped almonds.
Bake in pre-heated
oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave for an additional 10 minutes.
