     
| Beat together: |

| 1 cup sugar |
|
| 1/2 cup flour |
|
| 2 eggs |
|
| 1 tsp. salt |
|
|
|
| Melt 1 stick butter |
|
| Add 2 heaping tablespoons
Hershey cocoa powder, mix and add to sugar flour mixture. |

| Add 1 running over teaspoon
of vanilla. Mix. |
|
| Add 1 cup chopped pecans |
|
Pour into greased loaf pan. Place in
larger pan with about 1" water in the bottom. Bake at
Bake 350 for 40-50 minutes. Test top at 40 minutes tap and if it
feels a little crunchy it is done.
Don't over bake or you will lose the gooey bottom. |
