lb. hamburger

cup chopped onion

oz. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms

oz. spaghetti

tablespoons butter
4
teaspoons flour

teaspoon salt

cup evaporated milk
(can use regular milk and not use all of the water)

cup water

cup shredded cheese
2
tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (opt.)
Brown
hamburger and onions and then drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10
minutes. Break spaghetti into thirds and cook according to package
directions. Rinse and drain. Mix spaghetti and sauce.
Melt
butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Slowly add milk and water.
(This is like making gravy.) Stir constantly until thick. Add 1/2 of
the shredded cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
Spread
1/2 of spaghetti mixture in bottom of baking dish. Spoon all of the cheese
mixture over the spaghetti layer. Top with remaining spaghetti and put
rest of cheese on top.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. This can be frozen.
