| Brownie Sheet Cake |
| Mix together: | Bring to boil: |
| 2 sugar | 1 cup oleo (2 sticks) |
| 2 cups flour | 4 tablespoons cocoa |
| 1 cup water | |
| Pour over flour/sugar mixture. | |
| Add: | |
| 1/2 cup milk | |
| 1/2 tsp. vanilla | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1 tsp. soda | |
| 1/2 tsp cinnamon | |
| Mix well. | |
| Bake @ 350 º for 25 - 30
minutes. |
| Cool and frost with Nutty Chocolate Frosting: |
| Nutty Chocolate Frosting: |
| 1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick) |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 2 tablespoons cocoa |
| Bring to boil (4 minutes in Microwave). Remove from heat. |
| Add: |
| 1 box (16 oz) confectioner sugar gradually (2 1/2 - 3 cups) |
| 1 tsp. vanilla |
| 1/2 cup pecans |
| Beat together thoroughly with mixer or whip. |
