Biscuits

 

2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick
2/3 cup milk

HEAT oven to 450.  Stir in ingredients until soft dough forms.  Turn onto surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick.

KNEAD 10 times.  Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2 1/2 " cutter.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet.  

BAKE 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.


Drop Biscuits:  Do not knead dough.  Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits:  Make Drop Biscuits except decrease Bisquick to 2 cups and add 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.  Mix 2 tbsp margarine or butter, melted, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder.  Brush over warm biscuits.
