Squat

Muscles worked:  Glutes, Legs, Calves
Suggested resistance setting: 1-3

Place pads on shoulders, place toes at white line, grasp handles.  Bend knees and squat to comfortable position (not too low), allowing legs to form a 90 degree angle, return.

Claves:  Place feet at back edge of platform, keep knees straight, rise up on toes to full extension, stretch heels down to ground.
