Multi Lift

Muscles worked:  Glutes, Legs, Back, Shoulders, Arms
Suggested resistance setting: 3-5

Dead Lift:  Grasp handles, bend over at waist keeping knees straight, return to upright position. 

Bent Over Rows:  Grasp handles, bend over at waist keeping back even with floor, pull handles up to chest, return.

Shrugs:  Grasp handles, stand straight, shrug shoulders straight without bending arms.
