Leg Extension/Leg Curl

Muscles worked:  Quadriceps, Hamstrings
Suggested resistance setting: 2-3

Sit on seat, place ankles between pads (pad may be used behind back for people with short legs).  Extend legs up and down in smooth quick motion.
