Muscles worked:  Gluteus, Thighs
Suggested resistance setting: 3-4

Stand erect, lean forearms on pad and grasp handles.  Place one foot flat on platform so that lower leg is parallel with floor.  Push out and bring leg back in a smooth, controlled manner.  Alternate legs every 5 repetitions.
