Biceps/Triceps

Muscles worked:  Biceps, Triceps
Suggested resistance setting: 1-2

Place wrist between pads, sit down or kneel on seat.  Turn palms up to emphasize biceps, down to emphasize triceps.  Brings arms up and down in smooth, quick motion.
