Φ Members must be at least 18 years of age.  We will gladly sell memberships to children from 14-17 years of age; however, they must be accompanied by their parent who must also be a paid member when working out.

Φ We love children however, this is your time.  Please find someone to keep your children while you workout.  This is for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of others.  We would be happy to provide you with a list of Day Care Centers that are available in Ulysses. Many of them do take drop-ins.

Φ No smoking or drinking on the premises.

Φ Your membership is nontransferable.  Your bar-coded key tag is for your use only.

Φ We have a substantial investment in the equipment and we ask that you help us take care of it.  Please ask a staff member to help you make any adjustments that may be necessary.

Φ We reserve the right to refuse the use of these facilities for anyone who will not follow these policies.

Φ Please bring to our attention any suggestions you might have about how we can improve our service to you.
