Free Swim for National Night Out The Hugoton Police Department officers helped with a picnic at the park they served hotdogs, chips, and lemonade and had a free swim on August 9th from 5-6 PM. Had about 50 kids in attendance. Gave away two backpacks one for a girl and one for a boy. The winners of these backpacks were:
