Francisco "Pancho" Fedelin Police Sergeant Pancho Fedelin, his wife Elena, and his daughter Vanessa reside in Hugoton. He has been with the Hugoton Police Department since November 8, 1993, serving as a patrolman, a master patrolman, a corporal, a sergeant and interim police chief from January 1, 2004 to March 14, 2004.
Ed Stevenson Part-time Officer Ed Stevenson has resided in Hugoton for the past eleven years. He is married to Alicia, and has two children, Andrew 7, and Austin 4. Ed is an Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate, and has volunteered for Stevens County Fire and EMS for the past ten years. He just started serving the Hugoton Police Department as a part-time officer in March 2004, and has served as a reserve office since April 2002.
Rodney Kelling Part-time Officer Rodney Kelling is married with three children, and has lived in Hugoton for the past 21 years. Rodney is an Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate, and has volunteered for the Stevens County Fire and EMS. He has been a reserve for the Hugoton Police Department for 2 years and a part-time officer since March 2004.
Stephanie Smith Animal Control Officer Stephanie Smith joined our department May 1, 2007. She has lived in Hugoton all her life and has raised her family here. She is married and has three children.
Angie Moore Administrative Assistant Angie Moore has recently moved to Kansas from Hugo, Colorado. She joined the Police Department on November 18, 2004. Angie is married and has three children.
