The Beef Ambassador Program is a project undertaken by Kansas CattleWomen (KCW), the Kansas Beef Council (KBC) and American National CattleWomen (ANCW).  The purpose is to educate and involve the youth of our state in the beef industry and develop their leadership skills.  The program provides young people with pertinent information on the positive aspects of beef and educates them to be spokespersons for the beef industry by addressing issues and misconceptions in both urban and rural communities.  Participants help promote the nutritional and versatile uses of beef, as well as gain an information base to accurately and effectively discuss industry practices and spotlight the positive impact the cattle industry has on our economy and families.
