The Holcomb PICS 2007-08 Mission Statement is as follows:
 
The Holcomb High School Partners in Community Service Student Board decided the primary concerns of our community include Education, Health, and Sports/Recreation, based on a survey conducted with our student body.  We hope to help non-profit organizations with the cost of providing services in these areas through the grants we bestow.
 
PICS Awards were presented on Monday, April 28, beginning at 2:55 P.M.  The recipients in attendance were as follows:

 

1.        Finney County Career Learning System

                                        

2.       Miles of Smiles

 

3.       St. Catherine Hospice                          

4        UMAM Lifetime Smiles     

 

Trista Fenton was recognized as the Outstanding Senior PICS member, and she was awarded a plaque by Mrs. Ann Price and Mr. Ron Conway.

 

The HHS PICS Student Board received certificates for outstanding service and being a part of the Garden City Company PICS Program for the past 10 years.
