Students are doing a worksheet on Arc Welding and Oxy-Acetylene Welding. When those two worksheets are completed, the students will cover safety in the shop and an exam will be given at the end of the unit. The students must make a 100% on the exam before they can go to shop. Please remember to have shop clothes (Overalls, or long sleeve shirt or sweats and jeans and old shoes). Clothes must be long- sleeved to protect from ultra-violet rays when welding and shoes will be necessary when we do veterinary practices on baby pigs. |
