P.E. - Friday: Warm-up, Fitness, Lesson Skills (Badminton, Basketball, Heart Rate Monitors, Bowling, Tumbling, Rope Climbing, Pull-ups, Partner Assessment for Fitness Testing), and Lead-up Games. |
